Dean's Fund for Excellence in Education
Contributions to this fund provide essential and unrestricted financial support for priorities in academic programs and research centers.

UIC College of Education Reading Clinic
Funds support early literacy proficiency through a Reading Clinic that works with students from age 7 through adulthood. Individual tutoring is provided by teachers preparing to be reading specialists.

Aimee Strawn Math and Science Scholarship in Urban Education
Gifts to this fund provide scholarships to students specializing in the teaching of mathematics and science to Chicago elementary students in kindergarten through grade 8.

Marilyn Mucha Special Education Fund
This fund provides scholarships to students majoring in studies leading to the teaching of special education students. Applications for this scholarship must demonstrate financial need and satisfactory academic progress.

Ann Lynn Lopez Schubert Memorial Fellowship Fund
Gifts to this fund honor the late Professor Ann Schubert and provide fellowship support to doctoral students of Curriculum Studies.

David A. Wilson Scholarship Fund
Gifts to this fund honor the late Professor David Wilson and provide fellowship support to doctoral students.

UIC College of Education 50/50 Initiative
The UIC College of Education is launching a new 50/50 Initiative! If 50% of our alumni contribute just $50 annually, we will be able to create eight new scholarship endowments year-after-year for our students.
