Download iCal FileJoin us Friday February 25, 2020 for our 13th annual College of Education Research Day. This year's virtual research conference will offer highlighted sessions, workshops, and presentation based on the theme:
Sustaining the Flame: Research and Responsiveness to Communities and Schools in Chicagoland
The event will feature a lunch hour keynote address by Dr. Gholdy Muhammad, associate professor and author of Cultivating Genius: An Equity Framework for Culturally and Historically Responsive Literacy.
Other presenters include College of Education Bridge to Faculty Fellows Dr. Philip Boda, Dr. Stephanie Torres, and Dr. Gordon Palmer.
If you are not enrolled or employed at UIC and wish to participate in Research Day, please fill out this form no later than February 22 at 11:59 p.m. UIC participants will be able to join sessions on Zoom without advance registration.
2022 Research Day Co-Chairs are Dr. Zitlali Morales and Dr. Decoteau Irby. Graduate Student Planning Committee Members are Bradley Crimmins, Jola Dohrmann, Nicole Mancha, and Johan Tabora.
