Academic Advising Guides
The College of Education offers free tutoring for its students to help them build confidence and achieve higher grades. Tutoring focuses on homework help, study skills, test prep, and organizational skills. Contact Marcine Adams at email@example.com to find out more information and to schedule your first session.
Take Your Professor To Lunch Program
Take your professor out to lunch, and the College of Education will pay the bill. Although our university is large, there are many opportunities to become better acquainted with our faculty. Sharing lunch and an informal conversation is a great way to explore educational and research opportunities, to identify or confirm your career direction, as well as build an educational relationship – an important factor when requesting a future letter of reference.
This program is student-initiated, with an undergraduate student inviting a College of Education faculty member to lunch. Meal cards are limited and distributed first-come, first-served. Interested students should send an email to Marcine Adams firstname.lastname@example.org.
