New Student Orientation Advising Form
This form allows you to start the advising and registration process as a new student at the UIC College of Education. Please complete this form prior to your scheduled New Student Orientation date.
After your first semester at UIC, you will use the Mandatory Advising Form to register for undergraduate classes each semester.
