Course Approval Form
College of Education undergraduate students should contact their assigned advisor directly to register or get approval for classes. All graduate students need to contact the department offering the course to get approval.

This form is for current UIC undergraduate students to request approval to register for Education courses (CI, EDPS, EPSY, SPED) and select courses required for the Urban Education major (NATS, MATH, MTHT).
We do not have the ability to grant approval for courses and subjects that are not listed below.
