Culture and context shape our values, which in turn shape our research and practice. Values-centered research, evaluation, and mentoring contribute to equitable outcomes, challenge the status quo, and inform researchers and mentors about their roles and praxis. This presentation will engage participants in dialogue around the successes and challenges of culturally and contextually responsible research that amplifies the values, viewpoints, and voices of those least well-served.
