The College's Lisa Cushing, PhD, associate professor of special education and Michelle Parker-Katz, PhD, clinical professor of special education, have investigated the effects of lacking transition services and recommendations for schools, community organizations and local governments to improve transition services.  Their research was published as a policy brief by the Research on Urban Education Policy Initiative.  Read their brief here:
