About
Jade Jackson has work as an educator and facilitator addressing the immediate and future needs working with children, staff, and families with over 15 years. Jade has worked across Illinois providing direct service to Early Head Start, Head Start, Elementary and High School Families. Jade is very resourceful and always willing to learn. Jade reflects a varied personality including ambition, determined, and the qualities of generosity and thoughtfulness. Jade has served in several roles which include being a teacher, teacher assistant, family support specialist (baby talk), family worker, ERSEA Copa Specialist, assistant grant writer and training for staff/parents. Jade has taken a leading role in providing extensive resources in the Center for Literacy Department (Family Professional Learning Network). Jade has been working for CFL for 4 years. Through her passion for helping others, she has embraced an interest in being a Trainer. Jade provides direct service, professional training, and one-one-coaching. She communicates to the trainees about what is expected out of training in a simple and professional way, with giving them the opportunity for having an open mind to learn from each other. Jade earned her Associate’s in Applied Science (Early Childhood Development) Degree (Olive Harvey College), and her Bachelor of Arts Degree (Chicago State University).
